T-Invent, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") is an independent app studio incorporated and operating in the state of California, United States. We develop and publish mobile and web applications designed for everyday personal and business use.

This Privacy Policy applies to all T-Invent, LLC products, services, websites, and applications (collectively, "Services"). By using any of our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Our commitment

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your data with advertisers. We collect only what we need to operate our Services and improve your experience.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, information generated automatically when you use our Services, and limited information from third-party service providers.

Information you provide

  • Account registration details: name, email address, password
  • Phone numbers you add to your account for sending or receiving reminders
  • Reminder content, task names, dates, and notes you create
  • Billing and payment information (processed securely by our payment providers — we do not store full card numbers)
  • Communications you send to our support team

Information collected automatically

  • Device type, operating system, and browser information
  • IP address and approximate location (city/region level only)
  • App usage data: features used, pages visited, session duration
  • Crash reports and performance diagnostics

Information we do NOT collect

  • Precise GPS location
  • Contacts from your phone's address book (unless you explicitly grant permission)
  • Biometric data
  • Sensitive personal information beyond what is listed above

How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

How we share your information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers

We work with trusted third-party companies to operate our Services. These providers are contractually bound to use your data only to perform services on our behalf:

  • Twilio — SMS and voice call delivery
  • Stripe / RevenueCat — Payment processing and subscription management
  • Cloud infrastructure providers — Secure hosting and data storage
  • Analytics providers — Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of T-Invent, LLC, our users, or others.

Business transfers

If T-Invent, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you via email or prominent notice in our apps before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Section 05

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our Services. Specifically:

  • Account data is retained until you delete your account
  • Reminder content and history is deleted within 30 days of account deletion
  • Phone numbers are purged from our systems and from Twilio logs upon account deletion
  • Billing records are retained for 7 years as required by tax and accounting law
  • Anonymized, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely
Delete your account

You can delete your account at any time from within the app Settings menu. This permanently removes all your personal data from our systems. The "Delete Account" option is available under Settings → Account → Delete Account.

Section 06

Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction:

  • All data is encrypted in transit using TLS (HTTPS)
  • All data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption
  • Phone numbers and sensitive fields are stored in encrypted form
  • Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only
  • We conduct regular security reviews and vulnerability assessments

While we take every reasonable precaution, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your T-Invent, LLC account.

Section 07

Children's privacy (13+)

Our Services are intended for users who are 13 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age. Users aged 13–16 in California have additional data privacy protections under California law (see Section 8).

If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will take immediate steps to delete that information from our systems.

Note for parents

If you believe your child under 13 has created a T-Invent account, please contact us immediately through our contact page and we will promptly delete the account and all associated data.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

T-Invent, LLC is headquartered in California and fully complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA). California residents have the following rights regarding their personal information:

Your rights

  • Right to know — You have the right to request disclosure of the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and the purposes for which it is used.
  • Right to delete — You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
  • Right to correct — You have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing — We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. No opt-out is required, but you may contact us to confirm this at any time.
  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — You have the right to direct us to limit our use of sensitive personal information to that which is necessary to perform our Services.
  • Right to non-discrimination — We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights. Exercising your rights will not result in denial of service, different pricing, or reduced quality of service.

Minors aged 13–16 (California)

California law provides additional protections for users between the ages of 13 and 16. We do not sell or share the personal information of users we know to be in this age range without explicit opt-in consent. Users may opt in by contacting us directly.

How to exercise your California rights

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, you may: (1) use the "Delete Account" feature in the app Settings menu, or (2) submit a request through our contact page, noting "California Privacy Request" in your message. We will respond within 45 days as required by law. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request.

Our website and web app use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate correctly and improve your experience.

Types of cookies we use

  • Essential cookies — Required for the app to function. Cannot be disabled. These handle session management and authentication.
  • Analytics cookies — Help us understand how users interact with our Services. We use anonymized, aggregated data only.
  • Preference cookies — Remember your settings and preferences across sessions.

We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies for cross-site behavioral advertising.

You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of our Services.

  • Display a prominent notice within our apps for at least 30 days

Your continued use of our Services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. If you do not agree to the updated policy, you should discontinue use of our Services and delete your account.
